About Georgia Schley Ritchie and India Schley-Ritchie

Born in England to a Scottish mother and American father, Georgia grew up with one foot on either side of the Atlantic. Travel was considered an essential part of her education.

After law school, she practiced law in Atlanta for three years before the travel itch really overtook her, and vacations abroad were no longer enough. Georgia packed her bags and moved her practice to London; a perfect base for more in-depth exploration of Europe and a great launching pad for trips to Sri Lanka, Hong Kong and Thailand. After 11 years in London, Georgia moved to Tokyo for three years. While there she explored Japan as well as venturing to China, Indonesia, New Zealand, and Thailand. In 1999, Georgia returned to Atlanta with her family. Since 1999, Georgia has been around the world many times (including 10 African safaris) and will have visited her 100th country in 2025!

Georgia's undiminished love of travel led her to the decision to ditch the law (after 22+ years) and make a business out of her passion. She joined the travel industry in 2014 and has never looked back! Georgia has consistently been a top performer and was named a 2026 Conde Nast Traveler Top Specialist.

India, Georgia's daughter, joined her in the travel business in 2023. Also born in England, India has early memories abroad in England and then Japan, which kicked off an early love of travel. From the grape laden branches in Umbria to crystal clear waters in French Polynesia, India has had the privilege to experience much of the world and its many wonders. With a new prospective and an eagerness for others to experience the same, India is excited to partner with Georgia in the travel industry.
